Mage Titans, the Magento Developer conference (originating from Manchester, UK) provides affordable and highly valuable learning opportunities from International Magento experts.

Mage Titans is not for the pitchers and the poachers. It is for developers who wish to learn, knowledge share, and network with their peers in a safe, comfortable, and informal environment; which reflects the ethos of the open source community.

We want to help to build the Magento community across the globe and by doing so, retain the fantastic talent that we have. As such, we have developed a Code of Conduct to ensure that attendees don’t feel hassled or harassed.

All attendees, speakers, and sponsors at Mage Titans are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to ensure an enjoyable experience for everybody.

Mage Titans is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. The same rule applies to place of work and employment history. The attendees of this conference will be around their peers, friends, and competitors and it is important that Mage Titans is an enjoyable experience for ALL.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Be kind to others. Be polite. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for Mage Titans.

We ask all delegates and attendees to report any acts that violate this code of contact to one of the organisers, whether this act be towards themselves or they witness something taking place. Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organisers.

Thank you for helping make this a welcoming, friendly event for all.
